What is vietnamese chinook?

I'm sorry, but there is no such thing as a "Vietnamese Chinook."

A Chinook is a type of helicopter used by various countries' military forces, including the United States and Canada. It is named after the Chinook people of the Pacific Northwest region of North America.

Vietnam does use military helicopters, including Russian-made Mi-8 and Mi-17 helicopters, as well as some American-made UH-1 "Huey" helicopters left over from the Vietnam War. However, there is no record of Vietnam using Chinook helicopters.
